Thread: Email tracking numbers

    I updated v3 to v5 for Quick Books and got everything to work except shiprush will not import the email address from Quickbooks. I have deleted the old intergrated applictions in Quick Books prefreneces and it added the new app to QB with the first connection of v5 to QB. It will work one time with each new connection from Ship Rush to QB or change in v5 confirguration but then not again. It worked in v3 and is a important feature I need to work in v5.

    You have taken a tone of right steps in configuration!

    On the ShipRush system tray icon, if you select Settings | Program Settings | CM Settings, is the QB option set to Hybrid? (That is the setting most folks want.)

    ShipRush will get listed twice, if it doesn't, you need to go back into QB in Single User Mode as the Admin and do at least 2 shipments to make sure the integration is listed correctly.
