Thread: Address Verfication

    It is nice to have address verification.

    However, ShipRush provided a variation of an address to ship to, I have accepted the change yet it will not process the package.

    I have gone to USPS and checked the address and it is correct per USPS.com

    What gives???

    How do I ship the package?

    Could you provide the address so we know specifically what you're describing?

    Also, what is the address verification setting you have set in ShipRush?

    I have tried to get ShipRush to fail on that address without success. I have done address verification with Strict set (the highest level).

    What level do you have address verification set to in ShipRush? Also, what is the build\version of ShipRush you are using (help | about for that)?

    Version 5.o that we downloaded yesterday when we ugraded to 5.0. Should we have done an update after downloading? We tried with "Robust" and had to go back to "Basic" to be able to ship the packages to California

    We have been unable to replicate with that address in ShipRush v5 in our test environments.

    You are running the most current version of ShipRush available.

    Also, is this USPS or UPS? You've posted about address verification in both. We would need to know.
