    Differences in:
    - UPS Rates (one workstation running 2008 rates, others running 2007, or vice versa)

    - Rate setting in ShipRush under settings | Shipping Settings | Rates
The Fuel Surcharge changes the first Monday of every month

I'm having this same issue with 10.2, and it was happening in 9.6 before that. I can't view the forum thread that the SYSOP recommended, it's missing. Can someone point me to a current article?

    Thanks

Super old thread, not needed for this discussion.

    Either:
Not on the same UPS Rates: http://www.shiprush.com/knowledge_ba.../srxa-0629.txt
Not set with the current fuel surcharges under settings | shipping settings | rates

The above is the usual reasons.

I've verified that their fuel surcharges and handling fees are all identical. The UPS Rate Folder was a bit difficult to find. Because we have upgraded a couple of times, the ShipRushClientSettings_UPS.ini file has this setting

    <RatesDir>c:\program files (x86)\z-firm llc\shiprush v8\UPSRates</RatesDir>

When I check there, all the rate files have a date of 1/31/2013. The rate folder in the current version has no files.

    More info on our setup-

Client/Server setup using a Windows Service.
Workstations point to Server Name, not a shared folder.
On the Server we moved our data to a different folder (C:\data\Shiprush)
The data move was down a couple of years ago.

I'm not sure what to try next.

    OK, next step
Shipment dialed up on one computer, shows you what rate?
Same shipment on second computer, what is the rate?

More than likely something is set as default on one of the machines, like residential delivery, or additional handling, or, there are default DIMs.

    And now it's working correctly.

This problem was happening for two days, and now that I have time to work on it today, it's not happening. Both workstations are getting the same exact price.

    Sorry for the hangup.

Keep an eye on it. Best guess, one machine is setting as residential, and one is not.
