Thread: Catastrophic Failure Error - Posted on behalf of Software Bisque

    ShipRush Version 3.00.281 integrated with UPS
    OS=Windows XP all latest service packs
    CPU=2GHz Machine
    ShipRush databases are local to the machine

    I get a “Catastrophic Failure” error message when I right click the ShipRush
    icon in the taskbar, choose View Shipments, and set the Date Range to
    something that would list more than about 1000 records. Date Range works
    when a smaller list results.

    Sounds like you hit the limit of the shipment list view. This will be p***ed on to the engineers.
