"FedEx server returned error: The FTR Exemption or AES Citation you provided is not valid. Please provide an appropriate FTR Exemption or AES Citation. (7106)"

Everything is filled out as we normally would, the package value is $3725 and is shipping to the UAE, what information do you need to solve this problem? This package is supposed to go out today!

Are you populating the AES/FTSR field in the SED section in the Export Documents?

    Please refer to these links:

Please try using the appropriate exemption code from this list:

Please let us know if this helps.

There was no exemption that was applicable and none of the codes would work regardless. We registered with AESdirect and will have to take their test and try to use an AES number for future shipments but for the immediate shipment, we broke it up into two parts and the whole ordeal was a major hassle for our shipping department. I'm hoping we can properly use the AES system in the future after our AESdirect registration and that this ability is fully functional on the shiprush side.

We are aware of the changes in the land of AES, etc.

We have a beta release of ShipRush to address these issues. Please make a full backup of your ShipRush system first!

(We advise that the beta be used only if you have a single-PC setup of ShipRush.)

Here is the beta build (.2801):

We are running a server and a few workstations with shiprush installed. You mentioned only using the beta if on a single pc, does the db setup not work? What if we keep our server side at the current revision level .2746 and just update one of our client stations?

Cannot keep the server at a lower version.

You would have to update all of them in order for it to function.

You can update all your ShipRush systems, but this is an early beta build. We believe it to be fully stable, but it does not have a ton of miles on it yet.

I wanted to give this build some time before trying, is there a stable release with this featureset built in yet or a later build release at this point?

The link in the prior post now points to build 2822. Should be stable for you to run.
