Thread: Fedex Labels Cutting Off Barcode

  1. #1
I was printing labels from my Fedex shiprush fine this morning, had to do a hard boot of the computer and now the labels are printing horizontal (although printer is set to portrait) cutting off the barcode. Fedex tech support had me do a dump on the printer, it's a Zebra ZP 500, printer is still printing incorrect. I need to get packages shipped!

    Thanks

Go into Settings | Shipping Settings and see how your printer is set in ShipRush. More than likely the Printer Type is wrong. Reset and click on Test Print.

If that works, you will need to go into View Shipments and delete those that printed incorrectly, and create a new shipping label with the printer now set correctly.

Thanks for your prompt reply-that worked, only problem now is, the small strip at the bottom of the label that I keep for my records, is not printing the information, it is blank?

Same settings area, and set the Label Stock correctly. Probably should be the doctab (FedEx style).

Hello- there's nothing in the settings/printers area to check Fedex style label or anything else like you refer to?

Right click on the ShipRush icon | Settings | Shipping Settings | Printers
If you have the label type set to your Zebra printer, it will be right under that for Label Stock.
