Thread: Wrong info in company field on UPS labels

    We are using ShipRush for UPS integrated with QuickBooks (V3.0.0.533). Sometimes the shop-to company name field on the UPS labels is incorrect. We are finding that the ship-to Name is being replicated in the Ship-to Company field. Sometimes the sell-to person's name ends up in that field.

    The worst problem is that when we delete the incorrect information in the ShipRush window before we print the label, the wrong info still appears on the printed label. Is there a way to fix that aspect - that is, whatever is in the ShipRush window is what we want to print - especially if it is a blank Company field.

    The Company and Contact fields are required, and if you leave one blank the data from the other is copied into it.

    If you actually set (in the ShipRush screen) data in both fields, then what you set is what will print.
