Thread: End of day report issue

  1. #1
We updated our worldship program to 10.0 and now are unable to print end of day report. We are receiving this error message. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Unable to process "End of day" request. Account/Mailbox pair not found in the UPS subsystem ('V9F590'/'PC_COMMISSION_REQ')

Yup... Worldship v10 breaks upslink applications... (kind of a bummer, since upslink is a UPS piece...).

I think our lead tech has a solution. He should be on tap in the AM.

We followed the instructions we received and now we are getting another error message when we try to run the query in the DBmanager. See below error message.

DBISAM Engine Error#11010 Table or backup file 'Account' does not exist.

    From the info sent:
Go to the Run Query Tab
Make sure the path to the database is correct in the DBISAM notation

You have to verify that the DBISAM path is to your database location.

What is the KB for this one?

It doesn't seem to be searchable from the error above.... ?

    The article is old:

I sent out information that will be added the article.

Only thing to note is that you need to follow this kbase article after to keep from having duplicate tracking #s:

After moving the database to our Shiprush V5 folder we were able to run the query and delete our account. When we close the DBmanager and start shiprush again, our account is still active. Is there another way to uninstall or delete the account?

Go into settings | shipping settings | advanced | connection settings

Where does ShipRush think the database is? That is where you would need to delete the account from.

Sounds like you ran the delete on a database that is not being used by your current ShipRush.

It shows the database is in our V4 folder. We have V5 currently installed.
