Thread: First Class International not Reported to USPS

    We recently started shipping 1st Class Int' but are noticing the label tracking info is not passing to USPS. The following example is only ONE of many.

    Label Example: LN007733535US
    Scan Form counts it in the International category.
    Endicia has all label details in Package LookUp.
    Endicia has label record listed on Scan History but status is "N/A"
    Status Details connect to this message online at usps.com:

    Label/Receipt Number: LN00 7733 535U S

    There is no record of this item.

    Why Are You Receiving This Message?
    1. Event information may not be available if your item was mailed recently. Please try again later.
    2. The number was entered incorrectly. Be sure to enter all of the letters and numbers as they appear on your mailing label or receipt.

    Two days ago, customer reported that he received the parcel.

    First Class International is not a trackable service....

    That is the same with any system that prints First Class International labels.

    To get tracking, use Priority Mail.
