Thread: FedEx EOD problem

    Hi Guys,

    One of our clients is trying to close end of day with fedex but is getting the following error:

    (CloseManifest) Server response error: field "Fdx_Num_Manifest_Invoice_File_Name" not found. If this error persists please contact tech support.

    Any idea whats causing this? Thanks

    FedEx has been having EOD problems for about a week now.

    This is the latest twist... It does not affect your ability to ship. Ship away!

    This issue is reported resolved & closed by FedEx and a number of shippers.

    If the problem persists, Z-Firm needs the following information:

    1) Date and time of the error, including time zone
    2) Screen shot and/or copy/paste of the error text
    3) Shipper FedEx account number
    4) Full version and build of ShipRush

    This can be emailed to support at zfirmllc.com (please include "ZF Case 21862" in the email subject)

    FYI All: This issue is a FedEx Server side issue.

    It is being investigated and worked on. Only FedEx can fix it.
