    No, perhaps you misunderstand.

The shippingzzencart.php is not behaving. The rest of your site is in your hands (and working fine, we are sure!).

Update: There is something v. funny going on with the behavior of ShippingZ...php on your web site.

The good news: It is actually working and returning the correct responses.

The bad news: It is throwing a 404 status message (not found) when it should be returning 200 (success).

This needs to be addressed by your host or web master.

The issue, is when we test hitting the ShippZSettings.php file in a tool called Fiddler, it returns a 404 error. It should return a 200 message.

When I run just your store in Fiddler, I get a 301 notice, meaning that http://www.yourwebsite.com/shop has a redirect\moved permanently notice on it, but it looks like it redirects back to the same page. That is more than likely the problem.

Here's a snippet of the message from Fiddler trying to hit your store:
    Code:
    <html><head>
    <title>301 Moved Permanently</title>
    </head><body>
    <h1>Moved Permanently</h1>
    <p>The document has moved <a href="http://www.yourwebsite.com/shop/">here</a>.</p>

    Sorry!

There is something messed up on your web site, but we can't tell exactly what.

    What we can see:

    1) The 301 redirect hitting your web store seems odd. It looks like all the problems are because of how the redirect is set up on the web server.

    2) The url to the ShippingZ is being interpreted by a script in the web server. This script is returning a 404 status when it should return a 200 status.

We would fix this if we could, but the problem is on the web server. The problem can be clearly seen using a tool like fiddler.
