Thread: Customer Telephone Number

  1. #1
I am using ShipRush for USPS with Endicia integrated with Quickbooks Premier 2010. When shipping using ShipRush the customers telephone # is not being pulled . For some reason the company telephone number is being pulled.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I have read similar posts about this problem but none have a solution so I was hoping to get lucky. I have tried removing SHipRush from the Integrated Applications section in QB and re-established the integration. This did not work.

Go into settings | program settings | cm settings
Change the QB Application Type to QB Customer List
    Restart SR and test

You might need to switch to Hybrid and test that way as well. Do you get a prompt to allow integration in QB after you delete it from the list?

    Thanks for such quick responses.

Changing the QB Application Type to QB Customer List did not work. I have tried switching back and forth between QB Customer List & Use Invoices/sales Order/Sales Receipt with no success

I do get the prompt to allow integration in QB

Are you shipping from an invoice, sales receipt?

As a test, open an Invoice and set a customer and bring up a shipping form. Email and phone # flow into that?

Also, as another test, open one of the demo databases for QB and test.

OK, so baseline SR can pull the data.

On your Sales receipt, are you by any chance running a CC before you use SR? If so, that will lock the Customer Job field, and SR cannot pull the email or phone # (it is a limitation in the QB environment for 3rd party applications).
