If you could not see the server in the list, try typing in the name.

Also please refer to the kbase article on this at:

    I doubt you deleted anything.

What is the exact error message that you are getting? Also, you've verified that the services listed in the kbase article in the previous post are indeed running on the ShipRush Server PC?

Unable to connect to shiprush server: the server name or address could not be resolved - URL:http://MSHOME:1123/SOAP/IBoldSynapse - SOAPAction:urn:BoldSynapseInterface-IBoldSynapse#SignOn

The MSSQL$SHIPRUSH3 service on local computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the performance log and alert service.

The same message appeared when trying to start ZFirm.

If the services do not start correctly, there is a severe problem with the MSDE database on the machine.

reboot and then does it work?

If not, you may need to refer to the kbase article at:

If the MSSQL$SHIPRUSH3 service will not start and stay running, the next step is to find the correct SQL error log file (if you are really technical) or call Z-Firm support....

Sorry, but if that service won't run (it is a Microsoft database service), then the world is out of sync..... (from a ShipRush perspective!)

I have rebooted several times. This is my second day trying. Still cannot get into shiprush.

If the services are not starting, ShipRush at this point is corrupted and will not start.

    Here are the options available:

This MSDE condition indicates a corrupt MSDE. The exact causes are unknown.
To date has only been seen on one system where ShipRush had run fine for
    a few months.

There is no known resolution at this time. The only known work arounds are:

    a) Remove ShipRush Pro and install ShipRush Basic Edition (Note: All ShipRush Pro
    data will be lost.)

    b) Remove ShipRush Pro, verify all files using the Windows OS CDROM, install all
service packs and fixes from the Windows Update site, reboot, reinstall ShipRush
    Pro (estimated %50 resolution rate).
