Thread: Printing Commercial Invoice Crashes SR7.5

  1. #1
After upgrading to ShipRush 7.5, printing a commercial invoice on an international shipment to Mexico crashed ShipRush consistently. We're using Windows 7(x64) and ShipRush FedEx to SQL Database. Can you provide some assistance to this issue?

    Thanks,

    Josh

Go into settings and verify the printer settings for INTL paperwork.

Also go into Windows Printers and verify that a Thermal printer is NOT set as default. If it is, set a paper printer as default in Windows.

We learned this the hard way too. Make sure your Windows default printer not a thermal printer, or it does indeed crash (also on 7.0.xxx). We had a default printer set to a labeler for other business reasons, and it suddenly caused Shiprush crashes too.
