Thread: Submitting Prepaid Account # through XML does not error on mismatch.

    We are experiencing a situation where UPS Pro does not validate (else error) a UPS Account # when being submitted via XML as the "<ShipperAddress>/<UPSAccountNumber>..." If the provided Account # within the XML cannot be matched to an Account # setup within ShipRush there is no error message and instead the Default Account is automatically selected. We expect that there should be a validation and error if a Prepaid Account is submitted but cannot be validated. Assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    This issue will be resolved in the upcoming v8.x or v9. There will be a new setting to show message for missing account in settings.

    This will be going to beta in the next month or two.
