Thread: ShipRush not loading all payments

    When I get a lot of payments in a single day, say over 100, the software is only loading the info from the most recent 100. So if there were say 125 orders since I last loaded the software the day before, it's as if 25 of them don't exist. I looked through my settings to see if there's something I need to change, but I couldn't find it. Would you be able to help? Thank you.

    What is ShipRush configured with (eBay, eComm solution, PayPal...)?

    Go into settings | handling orders
    Retrieve items sold in last days, what is that set to? If set to 1 day, set to 3 or 4.
    Click Reset refresh timer
    Refresh Order Manager

    See all of your orders? We do not have a built in limit of 100 orders. If you have 700 orders in the date range ShipRush Order Manager is set to, it will retrieve all 700.

    I checked the settings, and it was set to 7 days. I changed it to 4 and refreshed just to see what would happen, and those payments are still missing. Is there anything else I can try?

    In Order Manager, what is the Date to View set to (today, past week, ...)? Set to past week and see if that helps display the orders.

    It was set to the last month. I changed it to past week, but it didn't change anything.

    Remoted in with the customer and found out this was still v6 of ShipRush. Upgraded to v8 and switched to eBay instead of PayPal as the newer versions of ShipRush Order Manager deal with multi-item orders from eBay as a single order.
