Hello. I've been using shiprush for some time now and I really love it. I switched to a different computer, and on this computer, I get an error message everytime I launch ShipRush v7.0. I even downloaded the latest installer.
When I launch the program, I get this error message: ![]() I end up having to click "ok" about 7 times, but then the program launches, and will run just fine. I double checked that the program was pointing to the proper database file, and it is pointing to: c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Z-Firm LLC\OrderManager\Database\ That should be correct right? I'm running Windows XP SP3, and don't have any other problems with programs. I will say though that my antivirus scanner thinks there is something funny about the ShipRush installer, but there surely isn't? I'm using Nod32, which can throw false errors every now and then. I look forward to resolving this minor inconvenience! Thanks! |

Nod32 is a known "pain" here as well. We've opened this issue with them. Maybe it will be resolved in the future.
As far as the dll error, the file isn't ours. You may have had a malware issue or a virus issue, etc. We might be trying to use the DLL as part of our internet connectivity. I'd suggest googling that dll and see if you can repair\replace it. SYSOPS

WOw, that is odd. Thanks for that. My computer is pretty tight, and I'd be stunned if I had a virus or malware, but I guess you never know. This message only pops up when I go to launch ShipRush though, and NEVER under any other circumstance.
But if you say that you don't even use that feature in ShipRush, then something is causing it to happen. I'll let you know what i find out! Thanks! |

security.dll is not part of ShipRush at all. It is part of Windows.
Something is wrong in the OS. (Some info: http://www.google.com/#hl=en&q=%22ba...5311d5ec9ae78f ) That said, reinstalling ShipRush may resolve the matter.
